Driver contacted me via text to confirm passengers and bags. I respond 2 adults with one carry-on each for a 7:00 am pick-up to the airport. He advised he could not pick us up three hours early and he would pick us up at 10:00 am…our flights departure time. Simple to fix? Nope. Driver ghosted his company (Elife), and Viator, the company that subcontracted with Elife. No refund because we’re within the 24 hours, no refund policy. So we’re going to Uber and we’re out the money that they charged my PayPal account four days before the trip. Nice racket.

Terrible Service and Customer Service! The day before the transportation I noticed that their system as showing incorrect pickup time and I tried to correct their error and they didn't change it thus I had to take a taxi to go to the airport, on top of that the driver contacted me at the incorrect pickup time that was waiting for me at the hotel, thus the provider didn't alert the driver making him/her to pickp me up... Terrible Experience.

If you require transportation to the airport, hotel, or any other destination, I would advise against utilizing Viator. I booked transportation to the Las Vegas airport two days in advance and confirmed the pickup location with a phone call the night before. The representative verified the address, which I had also double-checked for accuracy. However, five hours later, I woke up to find no text message from the driver. Upon checking my email, I discovered a message stating that my booking had been refunded. There was no prior notification via phone call or text message from Viator. I subsequently contacted their customer service and, after a wait of five to ten minutes, was informed that there was no designated pickup destination. I had provided the destination in the driver's message and verified the address the previous night. Fortunately, I had woken up early and was able to secure a Lyft driver for transportation. Viator's handling of this situation was unprofessional, and I would not recommend their services.
