We typically use private transport by the four seasons. But this company was better. Super fun and friendly with very accurate directions and no way to feel lost. The driver was exceptional and made our travel even more enjoyable!
If your flight is delayed call Viator right away. Also put in the communication chat your flight # and airlines and advise flight is delayed or no one will show up and you have to find your own ride. I did this and still there was a no show for pick up. I had my 80yr old mother-in-law with me and it was so hot. Fortunately, we found a taxi. Now that I'm home I'm trying to get a refund. They are saying due to the flight delay they cannot issue me a refund because they were schedule to pick up someone else at that time. Ridiculous!! I would NOT recommend using them for pick because if there are any flight delays, they will not come!! I didn't even want to give them a one star!!
DO NOT BOOK. It’s not door to door. You have to walk over a bridge then down another bridge, in a hood and in a garage to get to the car. The owner is ignorant and rude. I require a wheelchair in the airport and the owner said they did not care that wasn’t their concern. No one ever said we would have to walk over bridges in 90 degree weather. I travel monthly and have never experienced such horrible service in my life. Just TRASH! Be aware!!!
Excellent service from the driver, Miguel Hernandez, the vehicle, super clean, very kind and super punctual
Gerardo was on time and courteous. Took my friend and mine suitcases and carried/wheeled them. Because of construction, he had to park across the street. He lugged both suitcases, loaded them into the trunk, and had 2 ice cold bottles of water ready for us. Safe driver and told us all about the different areas. Highly recommend!

You may have to walk about 10 minutes to get to the car. Not sure if this is normal for an airport transport here. Last year when I visited we were picked up right outside the airport.

Lovely young man picked us up at the airport. His vehicle was in perfect condition. I did not understand that he did not have access to pickup at airport. That is tightly controlled by contractors. We had to hike from the airport property up over the freeway bridge to the other side of the road, past vendors to a small parking lot. This driver worked hard for us moving our bags. His service is probably suited for a tour or airport return rather than an airport pickup.

We waited for an hour at the PVR airport, but the driver never showed up. We will be seeking a refund of our money.

We were not told the location was a walk across the bridge from the airport. It should be known to the passengers the at they have to walk
