The tour was perfect. Apart from the magnificent places visited, a particular appreciation goes to the guide. His Italian was impeccable and his knowledge of places and their history out of the ordinary. Very kind in his availability in recommending things to see independently in Tangier.

This was a wonderful way to spend a day in Morocco! Our driver and tour guide, Maurad, picked us up at our hotel promptly. He was very friendly and spoke pretty good English. When we arrived at our destination, he treated us with a delicious cup of Moroccan tea with mint. We toured the walled city and it was a beautiful place to see. Several shops to visit too. Maurad bought us two magnets as souvenirs. The art work on the interior walls are beautiful and also the doors to residences and hotels within the walled city were beautiful. For lunch, we took his advice and ate at a Spanish restaurant, Casa Garcia. He explained that you must be careful where you eat because of cleanliness and of course the water. Afterwards he drove us to the beach so that we could walk and look for shells and sea glass. It was very important to Maurad that we enjoyed everything and he went above and beyond to help us in any way. He also was our “photographer” and took many photos of us. I highly recommend this trip. I must also say that if you are looking for many destinations in one day, this would not be for you. For us, walking through the mazes of this old walled town was perfect.
