H
Disappointing
Had booked an airport transfer from hotel 4 days in advance. Requested 12:30 pick up at hotel. Messaged driver as to his location and eta arrival time, no reply. Waited till 13:15 no show, cancelled and booked urgently through hotel. Driver messaged at 16:30 Where are we? We were on our international flight! Very disappointing as we have always had a great experience with Viator bookings. Will be requesting a refund.

Can't go wrong
The price, excellent service. Very friendly. Only criticism, would have preferred a confirmation of pick up time beforehand

Pleasant experience
Driver was on time, safe, courteous and as a bonus allowed us a quick interim shopping stop. Highly recommend.
