This was a completely unorganized mess. We waited for ever for a driver. It was really hot and miserable waiting for a driver who was “stuck” in traffic. If I had not prepaid I would have cancelled and took one of the other options available. The name of our driver was changed again due to traffic issues. When we finally were picked up the driver took us to the beach and was ready to just leave without any direction. We had no idea how long we were to be at the beach, where to go or meet when done. Nothing was explained. When done at the beach I called the number to get a ride. We waited for the driver. When he arrived he was there with no car. He wanted us to walk to do some shopping with all our beach stuff In horribly hot temps. After walking for a bit I told our driver I’m not walking miles with all our stuff just to have to walk back with even more stuff so we turned around heading toward the car. It was miles a way. We finally stopped at a store for a beer and some a/c. After that one stop shopping we got in the car and drove down one road to see the city. We did get some water and Red Stripe on the way back to the boat. I didn’t know what to expect but definitely not expressed with what we received. The water and beer was nice. Our driver Winston was nice. I think he was a replacement so not sure how I can blame the bad experience on him. Overall just needs more organization.
