Had a wonderful day with an hour drive up to the mountain, with informative commentary. Our guide had so much information as we toured around the grounds, and into the basilica. The basilica is breathtaking, though very crowded. With the 2 hours free time, we took the funicular to the top and took a nice little walk. The picturesque views were worth the time and effort. Then, a little visit to the farmers market stands for some delicious cheeses and honey. We recommend and will be reaching out the next time we’re in Barcelona for another tour.

This tour with Stefan to Monserrat is a must. Stefan was exceptional!!! Our tour was for 6 hrs & it was perfect for our group of 6. It was a private small group of 8 in total. He picked us up at location pick up & we headed to Monserrat. We arrived early, just in time to avoid all the large groups. Stefan is very familiar with the history of Monserrat. He kept us all interested in learning about Monserrat. It's a very beautiful & spiritual place. What I loved about his tour is that there was a 2 hr. slot for us to explore on our own. Never felt rushed. He was very accommodating. This is a must tour with Stefan. You'll be glad you booked him Highly recommend!!!!

Good mixture of spectacular natural scenery, art and architecture. Steep walking but worth it. Well organised.

This day in Montserrat accompanied by Stephan was memorable. This gave a different color to my stay in Barcelona, a beautiful moment of breathing, beautiful views and a very beautiful discovery of the surroundings of the Monastery. Stephan is an attentive guide who adapts to the needs of visitors and knows the area well. He is also very interested in the overall situation in the region and the country. This allows for very interesting exchanges on economic, political and social issues. Which I really appreciate when I visit a place. Thank you to him for this day

We had a fantastic day with Stepan on Montserrat. He picked us up at 8:30 for the one hour drive in a very comfortable van and made sure we were all feeling well. We hiked for about 2hr 30 min. The beginning is challenging but then it gets easier. Stepan was careful to note how we were feeling and never pushed us too hard. He always explained what would be coming next and gave us options. Very attuned to our children and a really pleasant guide who was well informed and educated us on the history of the mountain and monastery. This is a great active day to get out of Barcelona and the photos were excellent. Thank you Stepan

We had a fantastic day with Stepan. As it was the Easter weekend, Stepan suggested we leave 30 minutes early to secure a parking space, and thank goodness we did. Stepan is very knowledgeable and considerate of everyone in our party and their walking abilities, and we all loved ending the day at the Farmer's Market. This day exceeded our expectations in every regard. Thank you!

Set up this tour for my family of 7 (adults) to see Monserrat Monastery plus hike. Stepan picked us up in Barcelona comfortably in van and up we went. Beautiful day, great commentary, funicular ride to top, hike and views spectacular with every question answered! Hiked down to Monastery in time to see the Black Madonna and church, then a great surprise cheese tasting from a local farmer stand at the monastery, and ended with a late luncheon at local restaurant! Great day! This was my 2nd outing with Stepan and World Adventour! Two of the best tours ever! Thanks! Stepan! Hope to see you again!
