Hamdi is a very friendly young man 😊der accompanied us very well on the tour and explained everything about the Egyptian sight and culture in detail❤️we would do the tour with him again anytime :) it is a breathtaking experience 😍😍

Excellent English speaking tour guide named Hassan Esnawi who picked us up from our hotel and took us on a customised tour of the Tombs of valleys of the kings in Luxor. I appreciated how clear he was when speaking and his knowledge. We were tired and he also arranged for us to rest. 5 star!

"Do not trust this operator. We specifically booked a sunrise flight and confirmed multiple times via message that we would be in the air for sunrise. When we questioned the late pickup time, the operator lied to us, promising a 'private car' that would get us to the site in 10 minutes to ensure we made the first flight. Instead, a shared van arrived late and we spent 50 minutes driving around Luxor picking up other passengers. We were still sitting in the van on the road when the sun rose. We missed the entire reason we booked this tour. The operator knew a 6:10 AM shared pickup would miss the sunrise, but lied about a private transfer just to keep our booking. This wasn't an accident; it was dishonesty. The operator knew we would miss it but lied about the transport method to secure the booking. I enquired several times about a refund and never heard back. Highly unethical business practices

It’s outrageous to pay for an activity and once on D-Day, no car comes to the meeting place. I waited 35min for a driver to pick me up at the pick-up place to take me to the activity but no one came. Cannot contact the organizer or Viator support. This is shameful! To flee!! I would not recommend it at all.

Great experience with flying the hot airballoon. Our pilot was a very experienced one with interesting facts of the sights. Best to note if you have fear of flying to consider the participation.

Anyone who wish to book the hot air balloon ride with Nice Tours should be aware that this is AFTER SUNRISE hot air balloon ride. I initially paid for ~$40usd via tripadvisor. The night before tour starts, the operator contacted me that Egypt authority canceled all rides next day due to weather. When i asked for more, they told me that before sunrise tour is not canceled and requested me to pay additional $30usd to upgrade to that time slot. For this last minute change, I was not able to get other tours anymore and forced to go with them with additional $30usd. During the morning itself, they did not gave me before sunrise tour as mentioned, but instead our balloon only went up AFTER sunrise. The hot air balloon ride was great and we enjoyed the scenery. But the dishonesty from this tour operator is unacceptable. Be prepared to pay extra and have late departure of balloon ride if you want to book with this operator.

Very good guide. Hamdy knows what he is talking about, he gives you plenty information, about everything you want to know. Ahmed our driver drives very safe, It is excursion you have to do.

Amazing experience. We did it with Nice Tours and everything was great. We were picked up on time and flew about 50 minutes. Unforgettable experience.
