I used this service to provide transportation from Rome to the port to start my cruise and from the port to the airport at the completion of the cruise. I was traveling with 7 family and friends with plenty of luggage. The communication with Jorge was excellent throughout. The drivers did a great job. I would definitely recommend this service.
Making the reservations was easy. The driver contacted us the morning of our travel to confirm pickup time and location. We loaded up with no problems. We had two vehicles and both drivers were excellent. Got us to the pier safely.
Exceptional driver. One member of our party accidentally left his cell phone in the van. The driver quickly returned to the port with it.

Very accommodating, our flight was late Landing and getting through passport control in the Rome airport was a nightmare. But through all these delays and phone troubles getting in contact with our driver he patiently waited and got us to the port with a smile. Couldn’t have been happier with the service provided.

Car Service Roma arranged our shore excursions from Naples and from Civitavecchia. Both tours were awesome and very well arranged. It was our first time in Rome and we had a very nice day. The company contacted us beforehand to ask what we wanted to see and they tailored an itinerary for us. The driver was friendly and made his best for us to get to know Rome, this tour is best for creating your own itinerary.

Driver did not know the correct cruise ship we were on and didn't speak enough English to ask the right questions when he called us that morning. We had to ask a driver of another company to call our driver to explain in Italian where we were and he finally got to us 30 minutes late. We almost missed our tour at our destination because of him.
