Taken advantage of by company.
I have used your service in many countries and was never disappointed until the service I received in Malaga. The driver was arrogant and disrespectful. Additionally the cost of $265.08 for a 14 minute ride from the port to the hotel is outrages. In Athens the service for the same van holding 6 adults and luggage from the airport to the hotel took 45 minutes and the cost was $285. How do you justify the cost of the Malaga ride? I believe I am due a subsatntial refund of money.
事業者からの返答
Dear Client,
Thank you for taking the time to share your concerns. We sincerely apologize that your experience in Malaga did not meet the high standards you’ve come to expect from our service. We understand how frustrating it must have been to encounter an arrogant driver and to feel that the cost of the trip was unjustified.
Your feedback regarding both the driver’s conduct and the fare for a relatively short ride is taken very seriously. We will thoroughly review this trip with our local partner to determine why the fee was set at $265.08 for a 14-minute transfer. Our aim is always to provide transparent, fair pricing and courteous service.
If you have any additional information or specific details about your ride, please reach out to us directly. We will investigate your request for a substantial refund, and once our review is complete, we will follow up with you about potential compensation.
Thank you again for bringing this to our attention. We appreciate your loyalty to our service and would like the opportunity to restore your confidence.
