Even though our flight was late coming in from Saigon, the driver waited and was there with a sign when we came out of baggage claim. A big relief for both of us. He took our luggage and walked us out to a large SUV in the short term parking lot. A very short walk.
Smooth ride to our hotel in a comfortable SUV. Very happy with the service.

Since it was our first time in Da Nang, we wanted an organized transfer that would take us comfortably from the airport to the city center and to our hotel. We found the "Danang Transfer" here on TripAdvisor and after a little research we booked with them. The booking and all communication was quick and easy via email. Mr. Jay was very friendly and competent with his information. The driver was friendly and courteous. The car was clean and well maintained. Everything was very professional and problem-free. The price was 240,000 VND (approx. €8-9), which is very cheap by European standards. You pay the driver directly on arrival and if you want you can also give him a little tip and make him happy. Thank you Mr. Jay.

Feeling happy n relax at your hotel. Everything is under one roof. It's nice
We liked the hospitality, staff is cooperative. At reception, welcome and checkout formalities and behaviour of your staff is very nice as well as house keeping staff and Restaurant n Bar staff too. Cleanliness is well. We would like to visit again.

Do not be conned !!!
Very bad experience. Driver no show upon my flight arrival. Called phone numbers on voucher ... was told that driver was on "OFF" day . When told of booking reference, I was told to wait. Waited for 30 minutes .. still no show of any driver. Called the number again ...received recorded message that the office was closed !!!. Now being desperate to reach my hotel, I have to pay 400,000 Viet Dong for an alternative airport transfer.
Not recommended unless you want to repeat my unpleasant experience !!

Great customer service.
Very service-focused. Even used for ride from hotel back to airport. Driver was in lobby with sign with my name. Would highly recommend.

Excellent service, punctual and confortable.
There are many options to get from Da Nang's airport to the city, which is really close.
However, i decided to book a private car to save time and it wasn't expensive. The driver was there on time and the trip to my hotel was quick and nice, despite the crazy traffic.
