We had a well planned trip and confirmation for Small Group Devil’s Pool was confirmed mid-Dec 2024. However, we were not picked up at scheduled time by Clearwater Adventure & Travel. Both Viator and Tour company provided subpar service. We were left to re-arrange other tours to accommodate their missteps, up-charged and no accountability by these organizations. Disappointing to say the least. Devil’s Pool was a frightful yet great experience! Definitely worth the journey, but recommend using other companies to book this beautiful adventure.

After you communicate we did tell you that we could not see your booking and we gave a alternative of cancelling for full refund or do the lunch slot. Please not that lunch slot and morning slot has a difference in price of $40 however we made you pay an extra $30 so that you go for lunch slot instead of Morning slot. We are sorry for the inconveniences caused
