Our driver was excellent, however, the vehicle was supposed to be a van that seated 7 adults with 4 medium bags & we got an SUV that only seated 5 including the driver! TOO small for 4 adults for a 90 minute drive…not acceptable! We need a van for our return to the airport please
Confirming the product you booked shows a minibus (van) and a 7 seater SUV which we informed you was assigned to handle your transfer. We use the larger vehicle for 5 or more people and the SUV which is in the photos under the product you reserved for 4 or less individuals. Therefore we are quite surprised that you would still leave a negative review after receiving the service which you paid for

Knowledgeable and safe driver. Some cars were driving erratically and unsafe. Our driver was cautious and still got us to our resort in a timely manner

The add originally said $240 round trip for a group of 4. I booked it. My mistake is thinking this was a non-deceptive company. The pick up and drop off was ok but when we messaged for our return trip, we were told that we only paid for one way. The add said round trip for group of 4. He sent me the receipt and it say one way. We would not have booked a one way for $240 with much cheaper options. I went to look for the ad and found it had been changed to a per person price and says one way. Do not book with this dishonest company. We got a one way back to the airport for a group of 4 for $100.
This review is all a lie by you to be honest to cause damage to our company after noticing how wrong you were. We sent you a copy of the service you booked. This cannot be changed after a client has paid for a service. Also this document had the same confirmation number as yours. There are different options which everyone can select from. You were informed the one way transfers do cost more and roundtrips are discounted. Furthermore you paid for a transfer that is a minimum of 2 hours which is very reasonably priced compared to the rates you pay back home. Therefore in future please put some time into reading and understanding before you pay for a service before faulting a reputable company for your lack of understanding and not reading to ensure you select the correct option.
The best thing about Villa Del Mariposa-Red Lacewing was our host/hostess! they went over and beyond to make us comfortable, the friendliest couple. Best Greetings in all the Island. As their first guests, we were greeted with a bottle of fine complimentary wine, fresh fruits and more and a little basket of spices and different coffee/tea treats. The spaciousness, cleanliness and décor, a bonus. The thoughtfulness to make our stay completely comfortable is worth 10/10. We spent our vacation in a few places, we were coming from the north end Rodney Bay, and we chose Villa Del Mariposa-Red because of the pictures we saw of the rooms and the location to the airport. We wanted our last day of packing for the flight to be relaxed, not rushed to get across the island, so this accommodation was ideal for what we wanted. It is located not too far up in the hills of Pierrot, Vieux-Fort, there is an atmosphere of peace all around, a little shop up the street for more treats, beer etc., It is perfect for people who have a rented car because the beach is a bit far to walk, you could however take a local taxi, or possibly get a complimentary ride by the host, it's approximately a 10 min drive. The beach is on the Atlantic Ocean. The locals have a beach party on Sunday nights, with BBQs and music. Can't compliment the owners enough, they have already started their plans to build a pool, and more amenities which will add to the finishing touches for this ideal hideaway with its superb tranquility. It was my 1st time traveling to St Lucia after a long rough year. I arrive at the airport weary and tired and get outside walk about 20 feet and see a kind face with a sign with my name on it. It was going to be a 90-minute drive to my hotel, so I was hoping for someone good. Miguel did not disappoint. He was a great welcome to St Lucia!! Miguel drove me up the East Coast and let me stop for some needed rum punch and look- out point photos overlooking a fishing village. All the while, he was sharing historical knowledge about the island and the various places I should see. We even stopped for some local créole bread and salt fish from the side of the road. It was hot from the oven & the salt fish was seasoned just right. By the time we got to my beautiful resort after dark (lit up with Xmas lights), I felt like I had already been emersed into St Lucian culture. I highly recommend this company - I am so happy I reserved my round trip airport transport with FRAM Tours!!

Breathtaking view, Beautiful Villa, clean pool and very well maintained. Discreet and helpful property owner. You are well received with good bread butter emblem of the country and good homemade aperitif. Martine & Frantz are adorable. Do not change your organization Family of the South of France ( Nice) We will come back, we miss you already.
