Fantastic experience a must do for anyone visiting Rhodes

After accidentally booking the wrong time and date when booking.com glitched we panicked that we would be €100 short but after a phone call directly to the company they changed it for us no questions asked, brilliant customer service. The actual boat tour and day on symi island was great. Easy transfer from our hotel and plenty on time to explore the beautiful island. We booked the 9am tour which i would recommend as the island got busy around 11am when other boats turned up. There was swimming opportunities in the beautiful georges bay and then a 1hr boat ride home. Would definitely recommend

Fast efficient trip to Symi Island. We paid our deposit 10Euro per person at the sales desk on Faliraki beach. We also booked the transfers. Whole process was smooth, pickup 2mins from our hotel by minibus and we arrived at the port in good time. Paid the balance and given tokens. Boarding took about an hour. Fun ride over to Symi Island with a stop at Saint George bay. Then a coach back to the hotel.

We had an amazing day from start to finish, really good price overall with hotel collection that made it so much easier. After hearing some nightmare feedback from other holiday maker in the hotel about other boat trips to the island its was recommended we choose the speed boat option. We therefore cancelled the original trip with another company and booked with Rhodes Sea Lines which are cheaper overall than booking through your hotel and other tour providers. We had a smooth fast trip over to Symi which we explored and had lunch. Then on the way home we stopped at St George’s Bay for a swim. It was like something from a picture, absolutely stunning and again from feedback of other trip who won’t allow you to swim to the shore, you were able too if you wanted too with RSL. Well recommended speedy and smoother trip!! Loved every minute!!

We booked this trip prior to visiting the island and we were not disappointed, although things could have been better! This however wasn’t the fault of Rhodes Sea Lines. We were scheduled to sail on a Monday but I had fallen ill on the Sunday and couldn’t make the trip. Thankfully and to their credit, the company allowed us to move the trip to the Tuesday fee free so we could still enjoy our trip! The person I spoke to via iMessage was brilliant and couldn’t do enough for us. I didn’t get their name but they’re a credit to the company. Now, onto the trip. We met at the harbour and quickly boarded a really cool, double decker speed boat which took us out to St Georges Bay to begin with. The Captain (who I think may have been the owner Jamie) allowed me to jump off the side of the boat rather than wait to queue to enter the sea which was pretty cool. We got 30 minutes here to have a swim, take some pics etc. Then on to Symi Island. What a lovely little nook of a place and as an ultra runner, would have loved the time to spend exploring the hills of the island (if I was feeling better and had the time). We spent some time walking the harbour and looking up some of the gorgeous yachts that were moored there, including the late Giorgio Armani’s yacht, the Maìn that came into harbour as we were sat down eating our dinner. Overall a great experience and I would definitely use them again if we were to visit Rhodes in the future. I just wish I had been feeling better!

Very simplistic and a small bottle of water could be offered given the price of the crossing.

The trip started out with our booked time being moved as they had overbooked the 11am, even when we booked 4 days prior, so we had to move our booking to the 15:15 if we wanted to go on it. The transfer being on time - fine - but then had to wait in a 45minute queue - I’d recommend getting the public transport in instead. When on the boat the ride is fine, nothing spectacular. The swim stop was only half an hour with no regard for individuals getting up and down the ladders - everyone jumping in over them. When arriving at Symi, you have more than ample time to view the location and eat, when returning to the boat the seats are stated as first come first serve - this is not the case for everyone as the crew take the side of snobby passengers - we had to move locations to adhere to their ‘reserved seats’ - all a joke. Treated poorly and gaslit to ‘be kind’ to individuals who were outright rude. Wouldn’t do again.
