We had a great time on this boat tour of Lake Garda! Our captain gave us all the history of the area, & had delicious food & drink to enjoy as well. Although he didn’t speak much English, he had a verbal translation app- so we understood everything he wished to convey! We would recommend this tour to everyone!
This is worth every penny food and drink was lovely tour informative as well as interactive. And get to see so many things as on the lake woukd highly recommend . One person in our party was second time and loved it
We took part in a boat tour on Lake Garda and it was, without doubt, one of the best experiences of our stay. The ride was perfectly organized, relaxing but at the same time engaging, with breathtaking landscapes and crystal clear waters that looked like something out of a postcard. The real added value, however, was the skipper Raffaele: nice, competent and passionate, he made us feel immediately at ease. With his tale full of curiosities about the lake and the villages that surround it, he transformed a simple boat ride into a real journey through nature, history and tradition. During the tour we were offered a delicious aperitif based on lake fish caught by Raffaele, fresh and carefully prepared: a gastronomic experience that completed the moment perfectly, to be enjoyed with a good glass of wine and a spectacular view. Highly recommended to anyone who wants to experience Garda in an authentic and special way. Many thanks to Raffaele for his skill, sympathy and passion: we will definitely be back!
The value for money is absolutely not satisfactory. The pilot very boring and always tried.to reduce the tour to the basis of the reservation. Measly food and drink. Too much money for what they offer. Unable to speak to an operator to understand.in what the tour. You choose.the one from.2 hours and in.the consequent stages of payment is no longer available and you are forced to pay very large for.the one from.4 hours. I think they got used to too many foreign tourists. Council to reduce prices and offer more quality to attract Italians
Buonasera Corrado, e grazie davvero per il piacevole commento. Ci date l’occasione infatti per precisare alcune cose: nessuno finora si è mai lamentato del capitano, che anzi è definito allegro, socievole, divertente, e soprattutto con una grande conoscenza del lago di Garda, da una famiglia di pescatori. Il tour, come specificato su Tripadvisor, prevede un aperitivo con pesce pescato e vini delle cantine locali, ed anche in questo per fortuna mai nessuna lamentela. Per quanto riguarda la prenotazione, mi spiace non sia stato in grado di prenotare il tour di 2 ore, probabilmente a quell’ora non era disponibile: avendo una sola barca, dobbiamo distribuire la disponibilità per le prenotazioni con conferma immediata, e cerchiamo con fasce orarie e durate diverse, di accontentare le richieste. In ogni caso, come succede spesso con altri ospiti, bastava contattarci tramite Tripadvisor, e avremmo potuto personalizzare durata e orario di partenza. Per quanto riguarda il contatto con noi, nonostante abbiate avuto diversi strumenti ed informazioni, come la messaggistica di Tripadvisor, la nostra email e numero di telefono sul biglietto, non abbiamo mai ricevuto nessun contatto da parte vostra. Infine, accogliamo con piacere il vostro consiglio, e ci permettiamo a nostra volta di consigliare di leggere e prestare attenzione a tutti i dettagli di un'attività, prima di prenotare.
