The tour went without us. Communication was bad. Once booked I got a ticket confirming hotel pickup but after a half hour waiting and no correspondence I contacted the tour operator and they advised tour had left because I didn’t supply hotel details which I did on the initial booking. They told me they had tried to contact me? I am now furious as a refund has not been offered

Hi. Thank you for your feedback. To clarify, your booking stated 'My hotel is not listed'. We sent messages (including WhatsApp) as soon as we received your booking asking for pick-up details, but got no reply. The tour departed on time at 8:30 AM, and you contacted us at 8:50 AM. We even offered to reschedule, but you insisted you provided the hotel initially, despite the booking proof showing otherwise.

Nice small group
It was nice to be in a small group. Our driver was good. I think it could’ve been a bit more structured as far as all of us eating together.

Great tour with a bit of...
Great tour with a bit of driving to get to and from the areas of interest. Nazare and the Surfing beach were truly breathtaking and Obidos was very historic and interesting. Guide was very knowledgeable and accommodated us for time and things we wanted to look at. Small group (7 people) worked very well and allowed for flexibility.

Big Letdown.
The GO2LISBON company cancelled less than 18 hours before scheduled trip and asked us to rebook another time which was impossible given our travel plans. It felt like very little effort was made to somehow make it work for us.

A well spent day
Our guide was Nuno was excellent. He had a lot of interesting information for us and was helpful and friendly. He felt like a family member by the end of the tour. He took extra time with us and pointed us to the perfect places to see nazare and obidos.

Better than ecpected
Nuno was great. The pacing was good and Nuno made it fun and was informative. Óbidos was a highlight. .

In love with this tour 😍
Great tour of Nazare and Obridos - most of walking and exploring was done on our own, with our guide Eros providing interesting history and facts about each area on the way.
Eros is amazing - friendly, funny, interesting, compelling story teller, strong and clear speaker (English) - would highly recommend, and if you can, suggest asking for him as your guide.

Great Lisbon Day Trip! Mix of nature & history
This is such a fun day trip! Check out Nazare and the surf museum that features some of the surfers who have conquered the biggest waves in the world. No big waves this time of year but still so fun to see it! The next stop, Obidos, is such a gem! Climb the walls (carefully - no railings!) and walk around a beautifully preserved walled city.
We were collected right on time and heard so much information about both destinations.
A very fun adventure and no stress because our driver and guide Roderick took great care of us!
