We would like to inform our customers about the cancellation of the tour due to natural disasters.
From the day before the tour, both Fukuoka and Yamaguchi prefectures became linear precipitation zones and evacuation advisory areas. I was really looking forward to it, so it was very disappointing. Around 8 a.m., when we were scheduled to leave, we received a call from the person in charge (T) to cancel the event. I was asked if it would be postponed or cancelled, so I asked to cancel, but they told me to go to the site and complete the procedure, so I went to the site the next day, but due to the cancellation, there was nothing about the refund and I couldn't contact the help center. As of the 13th, I haven't received any email from my company regarding the refund. I'm in a lot of trouble. We are waiting to hear from you.
