This was just what we wanted- a sunset cruise, not over crowded, a couple of drinks and some nice music- perfect way to start the evening and go on to dinner. We booked with a voucher discount too so was good value. You can buy more drinks on the boat.
The entire information/payment process and subsequent communication via email was great.🙌

A complete SCAM. They post photographs of catamarans and services that, when you arrive, are not even similar. They offer a catamaran with a sail and netting, and when it shows up, it is the typical fishing boat with 4 shabby seats in the middle. When you go to complain, they tell you it's the fault Of booking that it doesn't change the photos. For booking, this is the first they've heard of it. And to top it off, they don't cancel or refund your money, and they don't give you a complaint form either because they say you have to complain somewhere else. It is one of the worst excursion companies I have ever hired in my life; they left me stranded with a birthday present for my daughter, crying right on the boat. The company's customer service leaves a lot to be desired; they seem like thieves and a complete scam to me, since they continuously use false advertising on various websites.

Nos gustaría aclarar que trabajamos con distintas embarcaciones según la actividad, las condiciones del mar y la operativa del día. La información y las fotografías que aparecen en plataformas externas son gestionadas en gran parte por dichos portales, aunque trasladamos cualquier incidencia cuando detectamos información desactualizada. Respecto a la cancelación, las reservas realizadas a través de intermediarios están sujetas a las condiciones de la plataforma con la que se contratan. En cualquier caso, nunca es nuestra intención generar confusión ni dejar a un cliente sin atención. Lamentamos la percepción que se llevó de nuestro equipo. Absolutely amazing. Staff were amazing, boat was really clean and music was brilliant. More of an acoustic style music rather than jazz but great.

Very pleasant evening and would do it again. Rating 4/5 as I felt they could have explained what the journey would be, what the landmarks were etc. Also “cava at sunset” was a very small cup when we set off. But don’t let that put you off.
