We arrived late after some mis-direction getting lost. We were welcomed with smiles and completed a wonderful little class! The Chef Francesco had great humor and the class mingled well for an excellent time! We learned two types of pasta and had delicious wine.
Fun class with a great teacher, food, and wine. We loved this experience and are so glad we chose it.
Anna Marie loves to share her passion for cooking with others. We are a group of seven women traveling in Puglia and embracing the culture and food along the way. This class was thoughtful, educational and fun! We met other like-minded people and we were all guided by an Italian woman who understands the true importance of sharing a traditional meal with friends and family. Wine, water, lemoncello and focaccia graced our table too!
Our group had great fun trying to get orechitee technique down. Learned about semolina, importance of proteins for Italians in their pasta, how to make garlic olive oil. She made a simple tomato sauce and it was a yummy bowl at the end.
Terrible experience, they exploit local labor by underpaying them; here in Puglia we are still in the Middle Ages.

We had a wonderful time learning to make pasta that is traditional to the region. The chef was kind and helpful. He took his time to explain and make sure everyone understood the next steps. My 6 year old was able to keep up and very much enjoyed. I would definitely do this again and can't wait to make the pasta at home!
Perfect blend of practical and historical knowledge, very helpful host who rather than point out errors helped everyone through the process.
A fun learning experience. Good value, eat what you make and enjoy some wine with the occasion - nice kitchen in the heart of Polignano and only room for 10 so very personal and a good way to understand pasta. The experience is just over 2 hours and the chef was knowledgeable fun and helpful.
We really enjoyed making orecchiette with Vincenzo! He broke the steps down really nicely and was very detailed. It was a nice relaxing class. And we enjoyed lovely antipasti and home-made wine also.
