Paulo was an excellent guide. He was waiting for us as soon as we disembarked from the Ferry and he was easy to find in the parking lot. Our day was off to a great start. We had made arrangements ahead of time and he modified the itinerary based on our interests. On our way back from Porvoo, my teenagers enjoyed stopping at a Finnish McDonalds and going go karting in a bomb shelter. At the go karts, Paulo was able to speak Finnish to the staff which was super helpful, because there was a reservation and the staff didn't want to let us drive. The reservation group wasn't there yet, and we promised to get off the track if they arrived during our 10 minutes of driving time. Without Paulo's help communicating, we would not have been able to go kart at all. During the drive to Porvoo and back Paulo described Finnish history and even had maps for us to look at. He was entertaining and it made the drive go faster. Thank you for making our day in Helsinki a highlight of our vacation!

Paulo was excellent. He provided alot of background on the Finnish people as well as Porvoo. We really enjoyed out day with him.

The tour was great! We highly recommend Paulo and this tour of Porvoo. He was very knowledgeable about the area and Finland. Porvoo is an easy walking tour with great views if the old city. It it worth the day trip from Helsinki.

This was a relaxed tour of a fascinating old town in Finland. Our guide was knowledgeable and talkative. We stopped at a local cafe and had time to do some shopping.

My husband and I went on the tour to Porvoo and we had such a great experience checking out Porvoo with Paolo. He was so knowledgeable about the area and the history. We had a great time exploring the town, shops and coffee (of course). It was just the three of us and it felt so personable to us and Paolo really helped us learn a lot about not just Porvoo, but Helsinki and even Rovaniemi (where we had also spent some time in earlier in our trip).
