I used Blu Welcome Travel for roundtrip private transfer between the airport and Sorrento. It was booked through a travel company so I can't speak to price/value. Both my drivers were super friendly & professional! Communication was great when my schedule shifted a little due to flight changes. Not only did they both help me navigate places with my luggage, but I also got a little bit of history of places we passed by.
Our driver went out of his way to communicate with us and he made the trip very comfortable. Great personality and helpful.
On time and helpful! All my TripAdvisor scheduled events for this trip, and there were many, we excellent! Would recommend.
our driver arrived promptly at the hotel, greeting us in the lobby and wheeling our luggage for us after introducing himself. He asked us about our stay and then we were safely on our way. Unfortunately when we got near Naples airport there was a random car fire on the road, which the driver spotted and diverted immediately to ensure we still got there in time. Not only that but he went above and beyond, taking us to the second, quieter entrance to the airport, parking up and wheeling our luggage for us all the way to the check in desks to ensure we knew where we were going. Luckily we'd left plenty of time but we were still getting a bit anxious about arriving on time so this gesture was really appreciated by us both. An excellent service - would thoroughly recommend.
