Overpriced and disappointing, more social media than culture
The visit cost €300 for two people, but unfortunately the guide had very limited knowledge of art history. It was supposed to be a “secret” tour, yet we ended up waiting in line among other tourists in a bookstore made famous by social media. The tour lacked the cultural depth we expected and is suitable only for those who have never been to Venice and are content with superficial information.
事業者からの返答
Thank you for sharing your feedback and I’m very sorry to read that the experience did not meet your expectations. Our “secret” tours are designed to offer a mix of lesser-known corners and some iconic places, but they should always be enriched by solid cultural and historical insight. If you felt the content was superficial and that the guide’s art history knowledge was limited, this means we fell short of our standards, and we sincerely apologize. Your feedback is very valuable in helping us improve.
