Our recent private tour of Nha Trang and Dalat with our guide Son was fantastic. From the moment we landed in Nha Trang to the time we left, Son was there every step of the way. She provided history lessons, suggestions on activities, and helped capture many family photos. We've been on many tours in several cities before and it always felt rushed by the operator. Not with Son. She provided a general timeline but left it to us on how we wanted to experience each destination. Our 6 days was full of many sights, activities, and wonderful food. To give an idea on the level of service; our middle child brought his school laptop to work on Summer classes, but forgot it at our Nha Trang hotel when we checked out. We were already on our way to Dalat and informed Son. She made some calls and organized the return of his laptop when we returned to Nha Trang for our departure flight. Just knowing that his laptop would be returned made our time in Dalat that much more enjoyable.
It was a fantastic whole day experience. We learned so much and our guide Hoi and driver Liem just couldn’t have been better. We don’t feel rushed at all and were just taken care of well all day. This tour is highly recommended.
