My problem was that my phone did not upload the info right away and they waited till the day prior to send driver info. But we were able to reach him and he found us in that busy airport. We went to our hotel with zero issues.. highly recommend.
Driver was late. Unclear where to meet. Walked around airport trying to find where to meet. Had to call Viator for help.

We had wonderful communication with the driver and he arrived early. The minivan was comfortable and spacious with wonderful air conditioning. I love using them for our peace of mind on all our travels. Thank you
Our driver, Carlos, picked us up at the airport and was absolutely terrific. Great driver and great person to greet us into Barcelona and we just had a very good experience and I would recommend him to anybody.
Our driver was on time and very friendly. He told us exactly where to meet him including pictures. He made our transport from Barcelona to Sitges very enjoyable!
My reason poor review was not because of the airport, that was fine. The problem began in Tuscany . We had a day tour for Pisa and Florence. Our driver never showed and when we contacted support we were told the local operator refuses our tour. We were never advised. They just left us stranded at the dock. Horrible experience!
Other than us getting lost in the airport trying to find the exit to the proper area lol we had a fabulous ride experience to the port!

HIGHLY recommend!! I booked them to pick us up at 9am. We were out of our cruise around 7:55am I called them to ask if they could come early and they arrived in 4 minutes!!!! Awesome communication and service! Do not hesitate to book with this company!
