The team is really perfectly put together. Languages like German, English, French, and Spanish are all covered. We were there as a couple and it was a super cool experience. The best part was the cliff jumping next to the cave which really looked very interesting. We would have liked to jump again. For children, everything is naturally offered there, from treasure hunts to snorkeling, everything is included.
This was an excellent experience from start to finish! It certainly was action packed. Our excellent tour guides packed so much into the three hour trip and were determined to make us all enjoy ourselves. Would 100% recommend this trip 🌊🌞🤩
Highly recommended experience in Mallorca for doing different activities in nature: Kayak, snorkeling, sea cave visits... Ceci and the rest of the guides were very attentive and concerned that everything went well

We booked this event and received a meeting point. We drove across the island to that meeting point and it was the wrong location. Viator and The Challenge Kayaking Cala Varques refused to refund the fee. The person at The Challenge said I needed to contact Viator and it was up to Viator to refund our money. When I did contact Viator, they said The Challenge had to agree. Unbelievable!
We are sorry that you missed the tour. However, the meeting point is clearly provided in the booking information and is located in Cala Romántica. The location you sent us showed that you had travelled to Alcúdia, on the opposite side of the island. We regret the confusion, but unfortunately, we cannot accept responsibility for travelling to a different location.
The tour was very well organized. The guides were very friendly, courteous, helpful, informative. Simply great all around👍 It was very varied and we liked it a lot and had a lot of fun. This tour is highly recommended 🤩👍

We had a nice time overall. The kayaking was really enjoyable and a beautiful way to see the coastline and caves. The snorkeling was fun, although there wasn’t a ton to see. Our guide gave more of the explanations in other languages than in English, but was still friendly and helpful. The hike to and from the beach is a bit of a trek, so we would’ve loved a little more time to relax and enjoy the beach/water before heading back.
Thank you for your feedback; Marine life is unpredictable, sometimes we see many fish, octopuses and starfish, and sometimes fewer. Our guides explain everything in all required languages and answer every question. After the tour, guests are welcome to enjoy the beach for as long as they wish. 🚣♀️🌊🤿
It was a really nice experience. My friend never kayaked before and she also enjoyed it plenty. We got to spend a pleasant afternoon during this activity with a very nice guide helping us along.

Disappointing experience. The kayaking is to the mouths of caves, you are NOT kayaking through the caves at all. Snorkeling lasted all of 5 minutes just to get from point A to B, not exploring the area at all. Not worth the time or the cost for what we were looking for. This activity would be good for children/families or people without experience in any of these activities. It was relaxing and the guides were nice, though.

The tour follows the duration and itinerary described when booking. If you’d prefer more time kayaking at your own pace, renting a kayak independently may be a better fit.
Highly recommend! The guides are incredible we had Lukas and Rohan - they made the whole experience. The tour includes Kayaking, Snorkeling, Hiking and a short drive back to the starting point. One of the best things we did in Mallorca
