プネーのウォーキングツアー

Walking tours of Pune are mostly restricted to the temples and “wadas” in the Old City. This needs to be counterbalanced with visits to historic houses, monuments and buildings in the Cantonment or newer Camp part of Pune. A walking tour of 2-3 hours can easily be strung together and there are many exciting cafés and eating places in the vicinity to stop by. A stroll down Nathan Road reveals a better glimpse of the Ram Bhuvan and Laxmi Vikas houses after the lantana and undergrowth had been cleared. They seem to be undergoing a clean-up and makeover and some plans are afoot. Watch this space!
