After departing the cruise port it was a quick ride to Paradise. Greetings were friendly and quick. We met Oscar our server for the day.we got great beach loungers and buckets of beer. Oscar even brought buckets to the beach. Very relaxing fun day. I would definitely go back. Was not overcrowded nice vibe.
Omar and his team were wonderful. Very attentive and fast! Food, drinks and the entire experience was great.
Experience was great! Staff are really attentive and they have great customer service! Only sunshine from 9-10:45am Rained all day we were there from 10:45-1pm and it was even better in the rain. The staff don’t disappear due to the rain and the staff is very friendly!

It was about a 25 minute drive from the cruise port and a $25 taxi ride. We were greeted at the beach club and asked if we’d prefer loungers at the pool or a more relaxing vibe at the beach. We had beach servers to that took or food and drink orders and brought everything to us, which were great. The beach was ok but due to rocks the lifeguards directed us to swim where it was very crowded in the water. There were so many giant inflatables in the water. It was heard to enjoy the view of the beach and sea with so many inflatables. We ended up going to the pool for the last part of our visit, which was quieter because people from another cruise had already left.
We were a group of 10 with kids and older adults, and we all had a great day at Paradise Beach. The beach, pool and restrooms were super clean, and our waiters Jesus and Allen were fast and friendly. We all enjoyed the food and cocktails and definitely got our money’s worth for $73 each. The only hitch - the front desk had trouble finding our reservation, even though I had the confirmation code. I would recommend keeping the confirmation email with the barcode they can scan.
The price paid via Viator for a fun filled day all drinks and food included (excl. premium liquors) was around $74 per person. Very reasonable. The service from the time we stepped on property was impeccable. Our Servers on the beach Omar, Miguel and Vigel were Excellenté! The property was very clean and very well maintained. Didn’t use the pool but it looks marvelous and very spacious. We met Sonny and Rocko the parakeet's. I really do not have a negative comment to make about the place. Whole family had an amazing day. Will definitely return.
We loved Paradise Beach! The staff was so friendly and helpful. We had Ronny as our waiter and he was top notch! Checked on us every time he walked by. This was all inclusive so we took advantage and ordered several different dishes during the several hours we spent there. Drinks were decent. Water was beautiful and clean. Had a great time
Arrived fairly early and was able to secure a shaded spot away from the water. Since we came to Cozumel for the beach we thought it would be nice to have access to the beach and water. But this beach has pretty jagged rocks along a good portion of the beach which hindered me and my wife venturing very far. We ended up spending more time around the pool area. If a nice beach side pool is your thing this may be the resort for you. Food was ok. Not great not horrible. Drinks were also less than average. More on the weaker, sweet side. However My virgin Miami Vice was pretty good... Service was attentive and price was fairly reasonable. Just factor in tip on top of what you order, and taxi fare starting at $25 per direction. There are some resorts that include transportation in the base cost so you can compare apples to apples.
Excellent beach, food and service. Definitely will return!
