On this 5th experience, Catarina and André were still as fantastic as ever! The outing led us to a great number of bottle-nose dolphins and we were lucky to see Risso's dolphins, one of the rarest sightings world-wide. A highly recommended trip that I will continue to repeat :)
I’ve gone out with this boat five times over two (or three?) years. It is always SO fun! The sea creatures in Sesimbra just give and give more! I hate to spoil any expectations, but I will say that I’ve never been disappointed, nor seen anyone aboard less than thrilled. If you haven’t been….just go.
The guide and the boat captain were very respectful and empathetic with the dolphins, whales and the sea health. They know what they are doing. As a sidenote, being far deep in the sea can produce a bit of sea sickness but they helped to manage it kindly allowing this to be a cOnscious experience to be aware of all the amazing life and wisdom that exists con our seas and oceans.
The excursion with Day Dream Experience in Arrábida was simply splendid. Seeing the dolphins swimming right next to our boat was a magical and impressive moment! The presence of the marine biologist provides real added value: their fascinating explanations allow you to learn a great deal about the animals and their environment while respecting them. An unmissable activity in a magnificent setting, I recommend it 100%!
The tour was totally worth the money, we saw a lot of dolphins and even babies =) Also, all questions were answered perfectly and we were told a lot of useful information about the nature reserve and the behavior of the dolphins. On the tour, you are also taken to the sea caves that you cannot visit from land. Small group size, definitely support them.
It has been a super excursion, we had been taking excursions for a while to see if we could see dolphins and nothing, and they went straight to them. From the time we left it took 10 minutes until they found them, and then we were surrounded literally by them for almost 2 hours, it was an incredible experience, which I would repeat without a doubt! And Raquel was a wonderful guide.
Beautiful morning, beautiful boat trip and the long observation of a group of dolphins. Our guide took the time to explain everything about them to us and answer all our questions. We loved it.
We enjoyed the tour with DayDreamExperience; their team is simply the best & bring their knowledge with lots of respect for the wildlife. We saw different pods of dolphins & a whale and were truly happy about that. All questions were enthusiastically answered!
