ローマ風パスタ作り教室 カルボナーラ、アマトリチャーナ、カチョ、ペペ

I was there 4 Times, it was just incredibly good. I got a whole new understanding for cooking! I would absolutely do it again!

We came from Chile and wanted to learn how to make something that we could recreate at home. Mateo is very nice and was very patient with us. Excellent opportunity to try 3 typical dishes and learn about Italian food in general

It was very very Good and it was fun and i learned alot over all very Good expericene You should really do it if you consider it.

The food was simpelt amazing! And i learned so much about making pasta the real Italian way. I will definetely use the methodes later on in life.

We spent a lovely evening at Cacio e Pepe. The waiter was nice, funny and attentive. We laughed a lot. The food was good to very good. We really wanted to eat Cacio e Pepe again. First we ate carciofi (artichokes) alla Romana. They were absolute tops, never eaten so good. The pasta cacio e pepe, so with pecorino, were good but for us a little too much cheese (pecorino) therefore very filling. But maybe that's how they're served in Rome, where the dish comes from. All in all a nice evening and good food.

The entire experience was so much fun and the pasta sauces were absolutely delicious! We Matteo was an excellent teacher!2
