Disappointing Tour – Not Worth the Price Unfortunately, this tour was very disappointing and did not live up to the description. The tour was advertised as 5 hours, but it lasted only around 4 hours in total**. Even more disappointing, we spent only about 1.5 hours actually inside Souss-Massa National Park**. Around 1 hour was spent having lunch in a touristic shopping mall in Agadir**, even though there were no lunch in the description. The driver was also 30 minutes late. The deacription says the pick-up would be at **8:30 AM**, but it rather started at around **9:00 AM**. The transportation was also very uncomfortable. Three people had to squeeze into the back seat, which made the journey unpleasant especially for the middle one. On top of all this, the tour rate per person is far too expensive considering the actual experience. For this price, we expected a properly organized 5-hour tour with significantly more time in the national park. Unfortunately, we cannot recommend this tour, especially at this price per person.

Very bad experience with this agency, the so-called guided tour was absolutely not guided; we had to demand the end of the 'tour' to see the birds (which were absent) that simply consisted of stopping on a bridge in the middle of traffic. We requested a partial refund from the agency, which initially agreed but then refused the request. If you want to see the park under the sun with a real guide and for three times less expensive (200 dirhams per person), you would benefit from renting a car in Agadir and going there with it.

Visit in June 2026 Very bad experience with Rachid, who had good reviews, and a very bad experience with the agency as well. First of all, since we were outside of Agadir, there was no pickup arranged, which is not clearly stated in the excursion details. For the rest of the excursion, the welcome with Rachid was silent, with just a few words in French. We expected explanations about the park and the animals, which did not happen. We asked Rachid when the park was built; he did not know and afterwards did not speak to us again. We ended up with 2.5 hours of visit (for the 3.5 hours planned) in a 4x4 with no explanations and only two stops. Rachid did not speak French very well. The excursion planned for a French-speaking guide, but we only had a driver. We therefore contacted the agency that handles the excursion to seek compensation. After a long discussion, they agreed to go through 'via tour.' The agency ultimately refused the compensation. Avoid at all costs! It should also be noted that there are tours for three times less with a park guide by taking your own car and with real explanations about the park. Otherwise, regarding the park, it is really nice; I recommend it, but definitely not with this agency.

Very beautiful nature experience! Rachid showed us all the animals of the national park! Especially many ostriches. The flamingos were visible on the way back, as well as the squirrels....

In principle great experience and we could also see some animals. Unfortunately, our guide, who acted more as a driver, didn't really know about. It seemed to us that he was filling in for someone, as the car was also not suitable for the trafficked terrain. Instead of the stated 4-5 hours, it was only 2.5. Definitely overpaid for 60€ per person.

Great half-day trip to the Soussa nature reserve. Rashid was an excellent guide and nothing was too much effort. There were 5 of us and each of us thoroughly enjoyed the tour. Highly recommend

We were very lucky and saw all different types of animals, including flamingos, gazelle, boars, squirrels, adax, ostriches, camels etc. Our driver Rachid was brilliant and knew everything about the area and the animals. 100% would recommend!

The trip includes driving around the national park and then back past the river to see the birds. It was amazing to see the ostriches and gazelles and flowers in the park. The birds on the river were a highlight including flamingoes. Our driver was great and stopped whenever we wanted to look at something. I'd thoroughly recommend the trip to any bird and wildlife enthusiasts.
