Regarding this ride, please note that we were never advised from your (agent) side with detailed information about your train (train number, platform, starting point, etc.). During the reservation process, you (agent) advised that you would arrive at the train station around 20.2h (8:00 pm) and would need a transfer to Faro, so we made our arrangements accordingly based on that time. On the day of the trip, around 14:00h (2:00 pm), we received a call regarding your delay and were informed that you were coming from Madrid and would be in Huelva around 15:00h (3:00 pm). We made new arrangements and sent the closest vehicle immediately. On that phone call, we advised that the closest vehicle could arrive in 2 hours—we advised a time slightly longer than expected just to be safe and avoid any additional delays or stress for you. In fact, our driver actually arrived around 15:30h (3:30 pm), so thankfully you never had to wait the full 2 hours. While the original booking time caused this confusion, we always strive to make travel days as smooth as possible and did our best to get a driver to you as quickly as we could once we learned of the earlier arrival.
