My tour guide Mourad grew up in the area and is very knowledgeable about the Medina. He greeted many local people that he knows as we walked along the maze-like streets. Stops included the Blue Gate, Chouara Tannery, the Royal Palace, the Nejjarine Museum of Wooden Arts and a peak through the doors of Al-Qarawiyyin University (the world’s oldest). We visited many artisans including hand weavers making silk blankets, metal workers hammering brass, and a ceramic potter who made bowl after bowl right in front of me, perfectly shaped with his bare hands. I’m blown away by all the artisans skills. We topped the day off with a drive to a panoramic viewpoint over Fes. What could be better! I was completely enchanted by Fes Medina, so visually stunning but what made the experience next-level was Mourad with his knowledge and passion for the Medina. He was also very patient when I shopped or took photos. I highly recommend him as your tour guide for your private Fes walking tour!

We had a guided tour in Fes and it was a truly beautiful and interesting experience. We did a private tour in Fez with Turia Tour and the experience was excellent from start to finish. Amazing guide. His English and knowledge of the city was amazing (also very cheap for 3 hours). Seemed to know everyone in the city as well which boded well for my friend & me.

This was such a great tour! We saw so many sites of the old city and got to see places like both the panoramic views and the pottery factory that we wouldn’t have seen otherwise. Really good bang for your buck too - highly recommend!

We stayed in Fes Touria Palace and we ask about a guide cause they have tour agency (Touria tours) and they can arrange like this services so we decided to book a full day with an official guide. we can just say that the experience was rich by the informations about Fez and the historical places like the mosque, the library and the best one is the tannery. We complete our tour by the car in the afternoon where we visit the old garden and some panoramic views of the city. Highly recommend to book with them
