The operator never contacted me and did not show even after multiple attempts to reach out to them. I tried calling them and my call was declined multiple times. Do not book this!
It is not true that we deserve this bad reputation and one star. The truth is that we did not give you our service at all and never had your booking, never been in contact with you never declined your calls, in short we don't know you .. come next time enjoy our best service.
I was taken ill on the first part of the tour, but was offered a continuation a few days later. Service above and beyond

We had asked for a tour of Dar es Salaam to experience how most of its inhabitants lived. Our guide picked us up at our hotel right on time, and proceeded to show us many different aspects of the city that we would never have experienced without him. We went to see many different markets, restaurants, a hospital, a church. And we ended the tour in a tuk-tuk, speeding around small lanes. Our guide was extremely knowledgeable, we learned a great deal about the country, the city, and the problems it faces. Some of what we saw and learned was quite shocking, but always interesting. Our guide seemed to know everybody, so we had a very personal touch everywhere, and were always welcome. And our 4 kids aged 10 to 21 enjoyed the tour too, they all said it was thought-provoking. Thank you Abraham for showing us your city!
