Our day started out with the olive oil tasting. But it was so much more than that. Vincenzo was our guide through all of Italy’s fine olive oils and how they were ranked and received awards. He told us about various Balsamics that we enjoyed… honey lemon (most incredible honey we’ve ever tasted)We tasted ice cream, Gins, and chocolate and pistachio spreads.! We spent over an hour at this incredible activity. Then we moved on to touring Amalfi in the yellow vintage open air jeep with our , Tour Guide Ivo. He was so knowledgeable in all of the history of this region of southern Italy. We had free time to shop and have lunch in the heart of the city. Without a doubt, we highly recommend everyone who visits Revello/ Amalfi to take this tour!
