I’m very disappointed. I booked it to include the boat tour and my confirmation clearly says it’s included . I was told by my tour guide to buy new set of tickets at entrance and she will have your company help with the refund because there was a booking issue ( not my error ) when we got back after tour I was told it’s better if I reach out to company directly so I did but my refund was denied and they told me I booked incorrectly. I showed them my confirmation that says included but they didn’t care and told me I booked wrong .i showed them evidence that I didn’t and they kept repeating the same thing . Viator was also no help and also told me I was wrong . If they listed it wrong how is that my fault ? Additional $120 .

Moreno up close
This was an excellent way to view Pietro Moreno glacier! The boat ride is a must in order to get a close up experience. Highly recommended!
