Non existent communication. They never reached out to tell me when they would pick me up. They left without me.

During this tour, we discovered the Torres del Paine national park by bus. We got to see many different animals and beautiful nature. Our guides Jaime and Marta were very expert. They explained everything perfectly to us in English, even though we were the only ones who don't speak Spanish.

We had a wonderful tour and got to see a ton of amazing view points within the national park. Our tour guide Nicholas was super knowledgeable and very helpful! Highly recommend this tour. Note that you do need to purchase tickets to enter the park and the monument in addition to the tour.

Daniel was an absolutely fantastic guide. He was so kind, funny and knowledgeable. We went to the most amazing photography spots in the national park and learned so much about the geography, history and wildlife of the area from Daniel. I had a wonderful experience today in Torres del Paine National Park, and I would especially like to thank our guide, Daniel. He is truly one of the best guides I have ever met. He was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and patient throughout the whole trip, and he explained everything with great care and enthusiasm. What impressed me the most was not only his excellent guiding skills, but also his kindness and genuine passion for helping every guest enjoy the trip. He was warm, attentive, and responsible to everyone in the group. His photography skills were also outstanding. This is a great tour to a beautiful natuonal park in the south of Chile. We had Manuel as the driver and Daniel as the guide, fantastic team. Daniel thoroughly explained and gave detailed background about each area in the park, and his English is excellent. Highly recommended!
