What a fantstic experience. We absolutely loved it. The guys - Joseph and David were so professional and really cared about giving us an amazing time. We were lucky as there had been heavy rainfall for the 2 days previously so we had really fast water. We even managed to see some monkeys and rainbow toucans too. The meal afterwards was really good too. Definitely recommend.

We had a wonderful time with our guide Stephen (May not be the correct spelling sorry) he was very friendly and clearly passionate about his sport. Everything from a prompt timely pick up to the rafting and the lovely provided lunch was excellent. Definitely recommend

It was an overall great experience and we can really recommend. David and Joseph were the best. The river was at higher levels due to rainfall over the last couple of days. We received good instructions before going on the raft. And this became usefull in the first 15min, as the start was bit rougher as expected and three of us dropped out of the raft… :) A bit scary initially, but Joseph is a great and over 10yrs experience rafter so he helped us to climb into the raft again. The rest of journey was great experienxe. The shuttle bus brought us back and we closed with lunch where we also had thw opportunity to watch the World Cup final. We had great experience!

We are a couple in our 60s who booked a rafting trip on the Sarapiqui River. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed warmly. The facility was clean and well-kept, with spacious, comfortable changing rooms. Our guide, Steve, gave clear and precise safety instructions, and from the start we felt we were in good, safe hands. Once on the raft, it started to rain, but the river flow was pleasant and enjoyable. Joseph joined us and photographed the experience from the water, which added a lot to the whole trip. After the rafting, we were treated to a good, tasty meal. We highly recommend this place - warm and personal service, professional guides, and kindness and generosity throughout. A truly wonderful experience!

Wow.. what an amazing experience! The contact went smoothly when there were problems with the payment and solutions were thought through. The tour itself was also great with two children (6 and 9). Good guidance and safety arrangements. Absolutely no ‘tourist trap’ feeling and highly recommended if you are looking for an organization to go rafting with.

It was our first time rafting. From the reservation they were all very attentive and facilitating everything and adapting the time according to the flood of the River, because the night before it had rained a lot. The reception girl was lovely, explained us, guarded our belongings and even advised places to visit on our trip. The monitor, explained us continuously in addition to directing perfectly, all the birds, customs of the place, animals... He came with us in kayak, another companion, to take pictures and analyze the descent. Super attentive and worried. We stopped for some juices and fruit, which they had already prepared and it suited us more than well. We were able to share with them anecdotes and chat for a while before leaving again. In the end, we were picked up and taken by car to the meeting point. We loved the experience. 100% recommended to do. We would repeat with them again without hesitation

We just had our family a super fun afternoon, the kids was very helpful to the kids and made it a super fun experience. Lunch and fresh fruit are also recommended.
