Our driver Dimitri came from generations of olive farmers and was knowledgeable about the areas we were driving through He was so personable we asked him to join us at the seaside restaurant he had picked out for us The wine tasting was made lively by our sommelier who was from the Czech Republic Great way to spend a day
Was great experience to see how make vergin olive oil!The host Rallou was friendly kind and give us a lot informations about the cretan culture!
