試飲は地下室から始まります。 続いて、アルザスワインの製造工程に関する解説ビデオ（子供向け）が上映されます。 その後、地下貯蔵庫を訪れ、100年以上前の木樽を見学します。樽に180度の没入型映像を投影した舞台空間を通して、私たちの家族の歴史を知ることができます。これはフランスで唯一無二の体験です。 1900年の万国博覧会に出品された樽の展示。 その後、ティールームで「グルメワイン」のテイスティングを続けます。数種類のワインを、チーズ、シャルキュトリー、各種スイーツといった甘いものと塩味のものを組み合わせたおつまみとともにお楽しみください。 お子様の登録をしないことも可能です。その場合は、お子様は会場で軽食を選ぶことができます。 アルザス観光賞2021およびワイン観光賞2022。

Not to miss the guided visit with the oenologist André Carneiro; great knowledge and sympathy. The wine tasting was fantastic and the view is stunning!

Since it was a rainy day in February, we were the only guests on this tour. We took the train there, which was super easy and comfortable. The guide and staff were very friendly and explained everything in detail. There were also some films. The wine and food were delicious. Thanks for the beautiful Sunday

It is far from Strasbourg. 48 EUROS using bolt but the Ter train from Strasbourg TO Soltise stops a short walk downhill to the winery for 2 persons we paid 19.80 Euros one way.

This wine tour & tasting was so incredible!!’ So informational with a tiny bit of theatrics to capture even the attention of non-regular wine drinkers. The cost was phenomenal and the food included at the end of the tour was not only delicious but visually stunning!!! Highly recommend this winery, tour, and region.
