The location was not as advertised and therefore not as convenient so I canceled the booking. Still waiting for the refund 🤨

No communication. Nobody was in the office. There was nobody to call. Tours were planned and there was nowhere to put luggage. Do not use this service! Buyer beware.

I was able to store my backpack at Hotel California in Rome. The receptionist was very kind. Super easy and I definitely recommend using Stasher to find a place to temporarily store luggage.

Please don’t book with these services. Basically a scam. Pretend that they are helpful but not at all.

Really sensible solution for storing your suitcase in Rome before we had to go to the airport. Really nice kiosk owner accepted the suitcases, but hold on, there was a funnel in his small shop when we put 6 large suitcases in, but there were no problems :-)
