Difficult, rude, and to them, Viator reservations do not exist
I do not recommend booking through Viator; they do not manage this application and could not find it, saying it was a non-existent reservation. It was necessary to call the customer service line in the United States and hold the conversation for 25 minutes. Bachir, who assisted us in the morning, is not to blame, but rather the company or service provider. In the afternoon, when going to pick them up, it was another problem; Bachir was no longer there, and the guy who assisted us was super rude and problematic, again saying that for them that Viator reservation does not exist and that they were not going to give me the suitcases; he yelled at us, and I had to tell him to calm down, to stop yelling at me, that I was not yelling.
