Fabulous 10/10. We learned how to make radish kimchi. Our teacher met us at a subway stop so we could go together to pick up ingredients for our kimchi. We took a bus up into a neighborhood to a kitchen. While waiting for some ingredients to 'cook' our teacher took us out for lunch. After lunch we finished making our kimchi. Our teacher was very mindful of our tastes. I highly recommend this class. The teacher is superb!
Thank you for participating in my kimchi class. I am so happy that my kimchi class contributed to making great memories of your first visit to Korea with your niece. I hope you make great memories in Jeju Island too. I offer classes on making kimchi using various ingredients other than radish. I hope to see you again in another cooking class next time you visit Korea. Once again t hank you for joining kkakdugi making class.
Great teacher - learnt lots - had a great lunch with him while the radish marinated - so much fun. We had to halve the chilli paste as the full monty would have blown our heads off..
Thank you for joining my kkakdugi (radish Kimchi) cooking class. I provide various recipes for everyone in the cooking class to enjoy kkakdugi. Paul, the leader of this tour, is very friendly and knowledgeable. His English is perfect and he is very enthusiastic to share Korean culture with guests. We made 5kg of kkakdugi with him. It was very easy. Afterwards, Paul put it all into a container for us to take home. I would really recommend this tour to anyone who wants to experience Korean culture
Thank you for taking part in my program. Thank you for loving my recipe. Active participation made the program more enjoyable and smooth. I was so happy that you enjoyed the Spicy mixed noodle with sea snail that I made for you.I hope I will have a chance to serve other Korean dishes to you in the future. I will study English harder so that I can communicate with my guests more smoothly. Thank you again for participating in my program.
