What a fantastic experience and a wonderful history lesson. Our guide, Jaime was knowledgeable and he had a great attitude. The pick up was on time , Jaime made jokes and ensured everyone was enjoying themselves. During the Old Town part of our tour , Jaime took us to a quaint restaurant where we bought sancocho and empanadas. The meal was delicious. Keeke was our driver. He was diligent on the road and our group felt safe. I would absolutely book with Conozca Panama Tours again. They communicated clearly and ensured all instructions and tour information was provided beforehand. This was a wonderful tour and our group thoroughly enjoyed ourselves.

Tour pick up was prompt and early enough to get us to the canal to be first in line. This was so important to getting a good spot on the platform to see the ships come through. The IMAX film gave great historical background for the canal and country of Panama. Our guide, Juan Carlos, was super knowledgeable and gave us great information throughout. Filtered water provided in the van was a nice bonus. Giving 4 stars because the stop at the Amador Marina seemed really pointless; there was nothing to see or take pictures of. It would’ve been much more enjoyable to stop along the causeway to get pictures of Casco Viejo and Panama City.

Our guide was amazing. He was informative and passionate about the history of Panamá. The timing was perfect.

Our tour guides Ciara was fun and full of energy. She called us her family for the day. Gave us a lot of history about Panama. She answered every history question that was asked. She even told us how to pronounce our driver, Orlando name. Roll the R Orrrlando.

We had a wonderful time visiting the Panama Canal and exploring Old Town with Jimmy as our tour guide. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and made the experience fun and enjoyable. We learned a lot about Panama’s history and culture. Definitely a great tour and one we would recommend!

We had an incredible day exploring the city and Miraflores lock with our tour guide Jorge. From the very start, he was warm, punctual, and incredibly knowledgeable. Instead of just reciting dry historical facts, he brought the local culture to life with fascinating stories, personal insights, and great humor. He also customized the pace to suit our small group, making sure everyone felt comfortable and engaged. If you are looking for an unforgettable experience, do not hesitate to book a tour with them!

This was an excellent tour. Very professional and friendly. There was plenty of time spent at the Canal and lots of interesting historical stories. Louis was very inclusive for all the passengers and spoke excellent English. We were lucky to have excellent people travelling with us and had fun. The only down side was all the walking and pointing out historical information about the various buildings in the Old town. There was no time to wander around the shops, particularly in the square. Saying that we did enjoy this tour and would recommend it.

Excellent tour guide, snacks and water. Tour guide was very knowledgeable and patient. I also liked that he was always helpful with our bags, photographs etc.
