Carlos was a great guide! So helpful and knowledgeable about the area! Loved the experience and we got so lucky and saw so many things!!!

We had a superb adventure with Carlos who was very knowledgeable about las murietas, local sea life and was a pleasure diving with him! The boat ride out to las murietas was about 60 minutes but with the wait since the island was full of sea life, reefs, caves and very good visibility.

We over slept alarm didn't go off so we missed our tour. We go back to Puerto Vallarta in April I did ask if they could give us a partial credit didn't hear back. We plan to reschedule for April 2027

I loved my experience as it was my first time scuba diving; the guide Erik and his crew were 10/10! The equipment was in good condition and the boat as well. But there were some issues… First, we arrived to check in and Ms. Wendy changed my tour destination; I requested Los Arcos and they scheduled me for Islas Marietas, and she told me it was due to operational issues, which I did not like because I paid for a destination I wanted to go to from the beginning. Second, they scheduled me for 8:30am and the tour did not leave until almost 10am because we had to wait for other clients. And third, when we arrived at the Marietas Islands, it turned out we didn't have the permit to dive because it wasn't allowed unless you had a certification; they made me wait almost 40 min for the owner or the person in charge of that permit to send the authorization to the coast guard, so that we could do the activity. But they compensated us for that downtime by letting us visit the island's hidden beach for free. I would have liked for my diving destination and the punctuality of my tour to be respected.

Natalia was amazing with a guided tour of the three of us. The amount of time in the water was about 90 minutes allowing you to take your time. The captain and crew were very accommodating. I would definitely recommend and book again. Teenagers loved it.

Fantastic dive shop, accommodating even to the start time based on the port arrival. Divemaster Eric and Captain Hector took great care of us. Will def use again.
