We had an absolutely wonderful experience with Claudiou Gheorghe as our guide for Târgoviște and Snagov for the Vlad the Impaler Castle in Targoviste, Winery and Dracula' Tomb excursion. Claudiou is extremely knowledgeable about the history of the area, but what really stood out to us was how warm, cordial, and professional he was throughout the entire day. Claudiou is also an exceptionally careful driver. We felt completely safe and at ease with him, which made a big difference because we were covering quite a few places and spending a lot of time on the road. At every stop, he gave us the history and background we needed to really understand what we were seeing, and he patiently and expertly answered all of our questions. He was also very thoughtful about the little things. He made sure we had opportunities to get drinks and use the facilities, and because the tour had several different legs, he gave us choices along the way and let us decide what we wanted to see next. He even picked us up earlier than planned because he was concerned about traffic and wanted to make sure we had enough time to enjoy everything without rushing or missing any of the sites. That really showed how much he cared about giving us the best experience possible. He also took us through a few places and experiences that I won't mention here because they were wonderful surprises. I wouldn't want to spoil them for anyone else. They are part of what made the day so memorable. Overall, it is a shame that I can't give Claudiou more than the maximum number of stars. He was knowledgeable, patient, thoughtful, a great driver, and genuinely enjoyable to spend the day with. If you are visiting Bucharest and the surrounding areas, I would highly recommend Claudiou. In my opinion, he is THE tour guide to have.

This was my first tour of Romania and we had the best tour guide, Claudiu. He communicated with us about our crazy schedule to get there and was so bright and cheery when he picked us up. It was a long day of seeing so many historical sites and he was ready with stories about everything. He also has great conversations just talking about everyday life to someone coming from America. I couldn't be happier with my experience.

An educational experience with knowledge about the real Dracula 'Vlad Tepes'. Visit his castle, visit lunch in beautiful surroundings and final visit to the monastery where Vlad Tepes is buried. Fantastic guide who told during all visits and we got a lot of knowledge on the whole car trip. The guide had phenomenal historical knowledge about the desired subject, but also about the history of the country in general. Friendly and welcoming and relaxing atmosphere between guide and us. Many good talk and laughter.

He provided us with many interesting facts not only about the places we visited, but also interesting facts about Romania. The places that we visited on this tour were extremely interesting, authentic, and not overrun with tourists. The place we stopped for lunch was authentic and was one of the best meals we ate in Romania. I would highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting Romania. Hopefully you will be lucky to have Sebastian as your guide.

We had the absolute pleasure of having Victor as our driver/tour guide on Sunday 8/9/24. He was so nice, polite and made us feel so comfortable with him. His wealth of information on the country and the pride he has is absolutely amazing. He has definitely inspired us to book another trip over in the near future.
