It’s also wonderful to know that you enjoyed seeing so many fish and even some jellyfish during your snorkeling experience! 🐠🌊 Regarding your youngest child, we would like to clarify that your baby was accompanying you in a stroller and was not participating in the snorkeling activity. The minimum age for the snorkeling experience was indicated in the Viator activity description, although we acknowledge that this information was not sufficiently clear in the booking parameters. We have now updated the booking settings to make the age requirements clearer before guests make a reservation. We would also like to clarify that the planned itinerary was not changed or shortened specifically for your family. However, because your baby needed to remain with an adult on the boat, your group’s individual experience had to be adapted accordingly. Our instructors are responsible for the snorkeling activity and cannot take responsibility for caring for a child on board, so one adult from your group needed to remain with the baby rather than participate in the snorkeling stop. We understand that this may have affected your personal experience and appreciate your understanding. Thank you again for your honest and constructive feedback.
