The tulip trip was fantastic. We weren’t rushed and the private car was the best. Our driver was very knowledgeable and super nice.

Excellent driver, Reubens. Arrived around 8.45 a.m. A good time to arrive . Entry to the gardens was immediate. Easy meet up with Reuben when we left. Very smooth rides there and back. Reuben very knowledgeable. Gardens were magnificent.

It was about a three-mile+ casual walk within the gardens. Magnificent foliage and rows upon rows of flowers (mostly tulips of course). It was early May, son theater was fabulous.

We were so pleased with our driver and his service, taking us to the tulip gardens and then to our boat afterwards for our barge trip. He was on time, polite, informative, helped with our luggage (which we left in the van during our visit to Keukenhof). This was a great way to get to/from Keukenhof and then afterwards to the next portion of our trip. Well worth it!

It was terrible. When we tried to arrange pickup we were told there was no record of our reservation. We had to make other arrangements and never got anything for our paid for reservations . I think you owe me a refund.

Our driver was very helpful. Met us after our tour of the gardens with water and a stroop waffle. Gardens were beautiful. Driver delivered us to proper canal for canal trip. He was very professional and helpful.

Fantastic driver. Prompt, polite and exceptionally clean and tidy car. Nothing was too much trouble for the driver and he included some lovely extras for us too. The gardens were a bucket list trip and most certainly didn't disappoint. The weather was perfect so we could have easily stayed all day.

Viator canceled the trip so we didn’t get to take the tour that we were looking forward to. Waiting for the refund we’ve been promised.

Lovely friendly drivers and so pleasant to deal with. We had a wondeful time and hired bikes there beforehand online and such a memorable and fabulous experience

Terrible experience with this company called Welcome Pickups. They canceled two different private tours we had booked, both on two consecutive days. The first one they canceled they told me a day before it was to operate via email…..which I never received.. Second day they cancelled 2 hours before driver was to show up. Excuses were that they didn’t have a driver for first tour (after I had received confirmation 3 days prior), and 2nd day was that the drivers car broke down and they didn’t have another driver. I will never use them again.,
