Easy arrangement for pick up and transfer
Welcome pick up was perfect! Company emailed me the driver info and kept me informed weeks before pick up to tranfer out family to the train station. They sent time confirmation info before pick up the night before. Van was clean and new! Driver was safe and very friendly and most importantly dependable!!!! Price was awesome !!!
I love pickup. I have used them in several countries. They have always had professional drivers, and clean/nice cars. Our driver today Antonio was excellent, providing some historic information along the way.
We booked Welcome Pickups to transfer us from our accomodation in central Naples to Amalfi. For 4 people and luggage, and a much easier and quicker journey than we could have done using public transport, I thought the price was quite good. We had excellent communication from the company throughout - at the time of booking, the day before our journey, and the morning itself. Our driver Tony was friendly and a very careful driver. The car was very comfortable. Tony was extra kind looking after our son who felt car sick on the winding roads. We have booked them for our return journey too.
We booked a private transfer from Naples Airport to Positano, and it was absolutely perfect from start to finish. Our driver Antonio was waiting for us at arrivals, he helped us with our luggage, and immediately made us feel welcome after our flight. The car was clean and comfy, and the drive along the coast was amazing!
From start to finish, Antonio provided an outstanding service. Communication was clear and reassuring right from the beginning — he introduced himself, explained exactly where he would be waiting at the airport, and even sent images to make the collection easy to find. He assisted with our luggage and made sure we were comfortable before setting off. The journey to our hotel was smooth and safe, and Antonio was kind and friendly. He even offered further advice/help if we needed anything during our stay in the Amalfi Coast. Highly recommend this service for anyone looking for a reliable and professional transfer!
Worst experience!! The company cancelled our transportation 1 hour before our pickup!! I had booked the transfer 3 months ago when planning our trip. There is no phone number to call, no person to talk to. When I looked at booking for later in the day, they had upped the price 60 euros!! Never use this company!!!!
