デリー寺院とスピリチュアル・サイトプライベートツアー

Please think twice before booking this "guided tour" we had the misfortune of booking this. To be picked up in a beaten up old car with poor Aircon. And a driver that spoke no English and had no idea what he was doing. This was supposed to be a guided tour including water. What we got was a clueless driver who dumped us put on a street and left us to find our own way to the temples. Most of which we weren't allowed in because we had our camera. This is information that should have been given to us by the guides! We called the operator and he was rude and said no guide just a driver, so a glorified expensive taxi ride. No information about the places NOTHING! The operator on the phone said "you have the driver for 5 hours only. If you don't see all temples in this time that's on you!" This was after the driver drove us round and round not knowing where he was going for a hour. We ended up giving up and going back to the hotel after 2 and half hours and only seeing 2 places. I also contacted viatour who didn't really help at all. I have requested a full refund and if I do not receive from Viator I will proceed with a chargeback. This really put a downer on what had been a good trip. I certainly would not recommend this tour or the operator. My advice pick another company!
