A great experience — our guide Wayan was excellent. We booked this last minute and Wayan picked us up early, brought us to an extra stop before the temple (civet coffee), patiently answered all our questions and was so flexible on timing and dropoffs. Would highly recommend booking this with Wayan!

Suta, our guide and driver took us safely to our destination and back to our hotel. He explained a little bit about Uluwatu and the temple as well as helped us get the best seats in the house so we could watch the Kecak dance. Jackie was by far the best driver and guide we’ve had in Bali so far. He was very polite, friendly, professional, and genuinely tried his best to make us happy and ensure we had a good experience. We really appreciated his attitude and the way he looked after us throughout the trip. He is a great driver and a credit to the experience. However, I was disappointed with how the activity and pickup time were presented on the website. When we booked, the pickup time was clearly shown as 3:00 PM. Two days before the activity, it was changed to 2:00 PM, and then later changed again to 1:30 PM. Because of these changes, we had to cancel our planned lunch. This meant we had breakfast at around 7:00 AM and didn’t have dinner until around 8:00 PM, which made for a very long day without a proper meal. I have no complaints about Jackie himself—in fact, quite the opposite. He did an excellent job and was the best driver/guide we’ve had in Bali so far. My concern is with the way the pickup time was communicated and changed. I would strongly recommend making the timing clearer and avoiding last-minute changes where possible. Thank you, Jackie, for doing your best to make our day enjoyable!

My daughter and I loved going out to Uluwatu temple and seeing the monkeys. Our guide, Gusti was wonderful and made our trip really comfortable and fun. We enjoyed hearing the stories about the monkeys and were guided through the temple and cliff walk and to the dance. The fire dance was great to see and lovely with the sunset. We had the seafood dinner on the beach which was a fun setting with a lot going on and small fireworks for birthday parties. Definitely recommend this tour for experiencing and understanding more about Balinese culture and lots of fun hearing about the monkeys from an excellent guide. We loved seeing Uluwatu and the sunset too as we stayed in Sanur.

Thank you for being on the look out to protect us from cheeky monkeys who were looking for an opportunity to steel something from an unsuspecting tourist. Uluwatu temple was fascinating and had incredible views. Suta guided us around the temple complex and showed us the best places for views and photos. We settled in for the Kecak fire dance. Lots of people but well organised. We opted for the dinner after the show and were so glad we chose this… fresh seafood on the beach at Jimbaran Bay. A truely magical night to spend our last evening in Bali.
