Staff were so welcoming and helpful.
Credits due to Ms. Sam who was my therapist for my very long package.
I was probably in there for about 3 hours and she stayed with me the whole time, she listened to the consultation form to the T and gave me an amazing experience.
I would also like to thank the gentleman at reception (I’m sorry I didn’t get your name) who gave me a whole packet of the coconut crackers that were given to me at my arrival to the spa because I had asked what they were since I enjoyed them so much.
They were truly delicious so thank you for sharing them with me and I thank you both for your amazing hospitality.

The most relaxing and calming spa experience!
One of my favorite spa experiences. The moment I walked in I was greeted so warmly by the hostess Elise and the staff. It’s such a relaxing and calming environment. I chose the het lag spa package and really had a phenomenal experience. My massage therapist Jenny is talented, patient, and thorough. I’m hoping to boom again before I leave for my trip. I highly recommend!

Spa treatment
I had an amazing time. My spa experience was led by rose. She was really good and accommodating. She made sure that I felt comfortable and always asked if I was okay and checked if she was going too hard. We also got a lot of help from the receptionist Jade. She even recommended some local cuisines for us to try. Would highly recommend. We loved it so much that we booked a hair wash straight after for my wife. Thanks to everyone who helped make the experience so good
